38. Todd Langdon | Broken Marriage | Womanizer | Porn Addiction | WFR Baptism | Redemption

At a very young age, Todd was sexually abused and introduced to porn. That led to a porn addiction and Todd becoming a womanizer. During this time, Todd had also become a very well-functioning alcoholic. Todd also spent a very short stent in the US Army and was medically discharged after suffering heat exhaustion and having to be put into an induced coma. Todd's first marriage ended after he continued his ways of chasing women. He later found Amanda. A woman who would love Todd and work through his issues. Little did she know that her womanizing husband would come to know Jesus and become the man that he is today. Todd also talks about his experience at the WFR Men's Retreat, being baptized at WFR, and all the men who have continued to pour into Todd's life from West Monroe, LA. The WFR Men's Retreat is what eventually brought Todd and I across each others paths. And I will forever be grateful he did! We talk a lot about JJ Salas and what he has meant to both Todd and I. As a kid growing up, baseball became Brent's first love and dream of playing at the next level. Brent saw that dream come true and played baseball in the SEC. There, he would blow out his rotator cuff and would need surgery. This is where his dependence on prescription drugs began. Brent talks about that battle and how he defeated it. Brent also talks about his first marriage and says it was mutual who was at fault. He talks about his current wife and his kids. More than anything, Brent talks about his relationship with Jesus Christ. Moreover, all those that played a huge roll in where he is today.

Chris is a humble man who loves Jesus Christ and holds his relationship with Jesus close to his heart. The discovery of his son being diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome and his putting golf over his son's doctor visits brought Chris to a deep repentance. The Men's Retreats provided an opportunity for Christ to squeeze Chris's heart and revealed to him the relationship that he was not only missing with his family but, moreover, the relationship with Jesus Christ. Chris has become a dear friend, and I am so thankful that God has brought us across each other's paths.

Larry and his wife Kathy are devoted to the Muslim refugees in Athens. Larry talks about his love for Jesus and running after Him as fast and as hard as he can. Larry is also a regular guest speaker and Bible class teacher at Whites Ferry Road Church in West Monroe, LA.
